No more reason to feel annoyed than a paid 1st passenger has grounds to be annoyed if a particular time is goine becuase some mileage upgrader selected a time before he did
m3red has all reason to be annoyed. It is common sense that paying passengers - no matter whether they pay with money or with miles - should have "first choice" over operationally upgraded passengers. Really, just common sense in any service business.
