That is your prerogative - the SEN lounges are much, much better than the KF Gold lounge in every imaginable aspect IMO.

I cannot comment on the Indian lounges as I don't know any but the PVG lounge is indeed debatable, especially as the Internet access is so abysmal.
The food is far ahead of others, if think about potato salad and sausages i want to vomit.
I love potato salad and pork sausages but generally there's just a much greater variety and offerings at the SEN lounges compared to the KF Gold lair.

Both T2 and T3 are available.

Food is hit and miss and miss with either. You can shuttle back and forth and probe both.
