Right. Scheduled Electras in the US in 1986 NO that's 1976. Let's think.
Well, Reeve for a start, they operated them longer than anyone else. Then there's Eastern. Electras did the Air Shuttle backup flights until towards the end of 1977, those were scheduled, so there's them. Then both Air California and PSA had them as well at the time, both had two shots at an Electra fleet. Then there's Air Florida, operating some of the Florida interstate runs at that time.
I don't know if Fairbanks Air Service (later Great Northern) were doing any passenger runs at the time. Let's ask our Fairbanks Special Agent. Likewise if you wanted to go and see London Bridge, the badly-advised twit who bought it by mistake for Tower Bridge (which I'll be driving over in an hour's time, we've still got it, haha) had a big Electra fleet which brought visitors in to see it from California, Las Vegas, etc, but I don't believe they ever issued a schedule.
** I've just seen S2A has posted answers at the same time I was writing. I still claim Eastern and Air California. Discussion ?
