Yes exactly. I asked for ORC for the difference between what I would have earned on the UA flight I booked and the SQ flight they rebooked me on. But MPSC's reply was: "If you were re-accommodated on United or a MileagePlus airline partner, you may receive mileage credit for the new flights. Singapore Airlines is a Star Alliance Partner."
