IHG Customer Service by Email-Non Existent

Does the brand actually really care about customer service or do they expect us to call for every small little complaint?

Just wondering. Have sent two emails over the past 12 months to make a complaint and wanting feedback and never had them ever, in memory bother to reply.

Or is this a norm with the IHG?
