I wonder how/when Hilton does the fixed per-night rate? I just booked a 3-night reservation at a Homewood Suites which shows the following:

Rate per night:
Jan 24 2015 - Jan 26 2015 103.50 USD
Jan 26 2015 - Jan 27 2015 109.25 USD

IIRC there was an asterisk by the price in the summary listing to indicate that there was a price change during the stay.

I didn't try to book different combinations of reservations to see if the price changes in this case, but perhaps I should!
