I was looking at the current wine offerings and UA seems to offer special wines for Argentina/ Brazil, Australia, France, Germany/ Switzerland, Italy and Spain. But not for Israel. https://www.united.com/CMS/en-US/tra...sWineMenu.aspx

So, the whole logic of it being too much of hassle or additional cost for UA to have special wines on certain routes really doesn't seem to hold true.

Again I ask why cannot UA have a kosher (make it an Israeli wine) on it's two TLV flights? There are so many to choose from.
