For all the symbolism, I doubt the passenger volume of Cuban-interested travelers will come from Washington, to start with.
Agree that there probably isn't a huge group of DC area travelers waiting to fly to Havana. So that just means those of us who expect to be traveling there soon will have to fly another airline.
