Hyatt, please divert your Private Line out of hours

In the last month I have all of a sudden heard a recording when calling the Private Line number that the Hyatt office is closed after hours.

Yet, when I called the US Diamond Line a moment later, I am diverted to what seems to be a UK call centre that is open.

My relationship with my PL agent is 99% online, and I accept that it may be 24 hours for a response, but when I need assistance quickly I have generally been able to call the PL line.

GPConcierge, can you please arrange for the PL line out of hours to be diverted rather than requiring international members to check time zones and call a different number?
