For that price, you're better off just sitting on the ticket. Big enough schedule change or significant IRROPs that day and you can cancel for a full refund.
I've actually had DL agents tell me to do that when I call in to change/cancel a cheap ticket.
That's why I asked. For $50, I was thinking about canceling. For $10, Id rather play IRROPS roulette.
