Agent sees seats but won't can't get confirmation CX
Seeing plenty of space on cathay pacific.com for CX seats and CSR can see them, but... when requesting seats they will not be picked. This is just inside the 330 day window. Any idea of a workaround.
This is for HND-HKG and AKL-HKG.
