Actually. a round-trip on the Narita Express starting March 15 will cost less for foreigners than a round-trip on the Heathrow Express. And the cheapest train ticket, on the Keisei line limited express, costs less than the tube fare on the Picadilly line and takes about the same amount of time to the city.

People really need to re-evaluate the notion of Japan being expensive.
