What are "Eligible Flights"

I'm sure this has been answered, but I can't find it, so I have to ask.

Not sure if this applies to levels lower than SE100 (I didn't look before), but as a new 100k member I noticed it and wanted an answer.

The 100% mileage bonus, I know my 75% and 50% mileage bonuses always showed up when the flights posted in my aeroplan account, at least for Air Canada.

"on eligible flights operated by Air Canada, AC Express, Rouge, Copa Airlines and United. Also earn a 25% bonus on eligible flights operated by Austrian, Brussels, Lufthansa and Swiss".

When I look around on the Aeroplan earning charts it never says anything about those bonus miles. It only refers to bonus miles based on class of service.

So my question for you all is, what flights are eligible? I flew Z class before Christmas and got my miles + class of service bonus. Flew S class coming back and have been credited my 50% miles based on ticket class, but didn't get any 100% bonus or anything. So is FULL fare business the only "eligible" flight? I know the 100% bonus applies to all my AC flights be it flex, business or tango. Seems to apply to none of the united flights.
