I've just booked flights for our 3 person family part using an Amex 2-4-1.

When booking, the agent said because I was using the Amex I had to have 2 bookings/ PNRs. I questioned her on this as I have never had this before, but she was adamant.

Now I have 2 PNRs and can't get the 2nd booking (which is for my 6 y/o daughter) into my account, although I can use the generic MMB.

I re-phoned after I couldn't get the booking into my account and the guy suggested it was OK. He offered to cancel and rebook but said the seats might not come back into the system.

Should I be worried/ any other tips?
