As I posted above, UA and AA have no more insurance coverage for the events of September 11, 2001, as their liability was capped by the federal government at their policy limits, and those policies paid those limits ($1.2 billion total) to Silverstein's insurers.

There ain't no more insurance and there ain't no more liability for UA or AA.
