There might be less posting by AC reps. But I bet that they are reading threads.
I see it as a central place for company feedback, positive and negative. If AC mgmt want to see what is going, they have one thread to read.
No manager can have eyes everywhere. They rely on their staff to perform their jobs as expected. But in any organization, there are those that do and those that don't. Plus you add in contract staff.
I wouldn't expect the AC reps to respond to us for each compliment/complaint in the thread. but (hopefully) act on them.
