Just to clarify, I'm not suggesting more presence here, although on that point we'll agree to disagree.
I'm suggesting having a list of email adresses to send comments to a specific person who is in a position to do something about it.
Also not suggesting these contacts should be used for those who want compensation. Simply something like this crew was bad/this crew was awesome. This issue needs fixing, or I really like the new coffee at the bar in the lounge. Things like that.
