Yes, full points and they do accrue towards stay credits and promotion qualification. I stay at AC hotels in Spain a lot and I think they are quite nice in their own way.
I had a stay at the AC Atocha in Madrid last month and I agree. Good concept, good service from the employees (who spoke flawless English). My rate came with breakfast and it was pretty good though all cold items so not something I'd pay for.
