After what happened last time anyone senior in AC tried to speak frank or candidly... Well we all know how that went. I think we are in an age of less AC rep activity on this site, not more. I doubt employees want their corporate email addresses appearing so they can get some of the same back-and-forth buzzing right on their phone.

I feel a faster way of getting issues fixed may be to go back to the online form submission. Sad.
