Also, what forum section would I enquire about how to get switched to business class for for ICN-DPS-ICN flights that we have only economy class tickets on a 140K business class skypesos award? LAX-ICN and ICN-LAX are in 'O' (prestige).

Thanks in advance!
You'd have to call DL to see if there is any availability. I think DL just labels KE's J class as "O" for their award purposes. You can also check DL's website and search ICN-DPS-ICN for low award availability before you call in. I'm not sure if they'll charge you a fee (unless you're DM/PM with DL) for making changes to the ticket. Additionally, it seems you're going as a group so there might only be 1 seat available. If there is, get the O seat and then look the next day to see if another seat has opened up. The entire ride from US-DPS can be had for 140,000 miles so you're definitely not getting the full value.

Is OZ in the same terminal as KE? If so, the big flight status bulletin board is the meet up place, or the transfer deck itself so no need to stand around.

ICN airport has free WiFi, so any free SMS app will keep your party in contact. E.g., Google Voice, Viber, LINE, WhatsApp, etc.
Are you referring to the transfer deck being the departure deck? When you arrive in ICN, you're on a level that takes you directly to customs unless you have a connecting flight at ICN. You would need a boarding pass and pass through security before taking an escalator to the departure floor which is where the lounges (KE, OZ, and third party) are located.

It seems that this person has ICN as his/her final destination at which point he cannot access any lounge within the airport and will have to pass through customs.

An hour may not be sufficient to get to shower at the Hyatt hotel.

There are maps of the arrival areas. Looking at a map of ICN, KE usually has the right side of the map while OZ is on the left side. You can probably clear customs, get your bags and then look for the OZ flight and meet your family at the door where the passengers exit after retrieving checked bags.
