When you depart JFK (or the states), CX F, they will give you an invitation for the HKG, The Wing F Lounge. So you'll have the invitation in hand when you arrive HKG.

The Wing F lounge in HKG only has a "Lounge Menu". Only one À la carte menu for the whole day.
