Suite hotel rooms with kitchenettes are my absolute favourites. I'll leave the 5-star palaces of pampering with turn down service and mints on your pillow to someone else.
I wash my own dishes not because I wonder about cleanliness but because being able to prepare my own food and washing up afterwards makes business travel a more homier and less like being away.
