I assume the pope's visit to Manila, with restrictions on operations at MNL, meaning rescheduling of last Manila flight to reach SIN at 02:35? Plane must then go on to operate the flight to Rome. I am guessing that Rome has least business traffic of all of SQ's Europe routes. More info here.
