Hey everybody! New poster here! I'm in quite a predicament right now. I had a flight from Dubai to LA, emirates EK215 to be exact. I was originally flying economy, but due to a very recent leg injury,asked a young lady that was checking boarding passes if I could possibly get a exit row seat in economy. she said unfortunatly she said there weren't any seats available in economy and said if I wanted to upgrade to business class instead. I said I don't think I have enough points for that and to my disappointment she said I'm sorry but that's the best I can do, gave me my boarding pass and I left my marry way without checking my boarding pass. While I was leaving I noticed her smiling at me and I was thinking to my self why the hell is she grinning like that and walked down to the plane, gave my boarding pass to the welcoming stewardess and to my surprise I was sent to business class! I was gittier than a school girl at a justin bieber concert! Then I realised the young lady behind the counter must have upgraded me for no charge! While that is pretty freaking awesome, I did not get the chance to properly thank her, and I feel so damn terrible about it. I tried calling emirates to maybe see if they had a record of who works at what gate during certain flights, but to no avail. I also didn't see her name tag properly and with out that emirates told me I'm pretty much Out of luck. I feel terrible that I couldn't properly thank her, do you guys have any suggestions on how maybe I can resolve this? Thanks in advance guys!
