Does anyone else have this problem? One would think that being a trusted traveler and having provided all my information on the UA website in conjunction with being a 1k would be enough. Unfortunately it isn't. I keep being told that I need an ESTA number, although I have one, but the website does not give me any possibility to input it. I have sent a request to the UA website folks to look into this matter but I doubt they would do anything about it, even though I bet there are many people who must have the same problem as me when traveling US bound...?

Who else keeps encountering this problem and is there a way to get it done as non US resident/citizen?
