Booked with BCD travel: No points (BCD travel = business travel agency)
Some colleagues booked with Accor using BCD travel (our corporate policy says you must book using BCD travel) and got no points. Hotel claims this is Accor's policy. I know it's common for hotels not to grant points when booked through Booking.com or similar sites but BCD travel is just a business travel agency so this surprises me.
I just started working here and only stayed with Hilton up till now. Also booked throught BCD travel and got points as expected.
Anyone else experience with BCD travel & Accor?
