I don't think any of the car sharing services rent sticks. ConnectbyHertz (or HertzonDemand or Hertz247 or whatever they call it now) used to have some Smart cars with paddle shifters, but that won't teach you to drive with a clutch. And the transmission on a Smart Car is terrible so it won't even really teach you when to shift.
