Used my US Issued ABTC to go through Premium Lane, no wait, walked right up and had no problems getting through. I do have a non-Imm-B Visa so was stamped with 90 days. Don't know if they would have stamped 30 or 60 if I didn't have the visa.
This being Thailand, what occurs can often widely differ from what is permitted.

For U.S. citizens without a business visa, an entrant is not entitled to use ABTC entry. ABTC is for entry for business purposes, which requires a visa. If you are entering for non-business purposes, i.e., without a business visa, entry through ABTC is not permissible.

So with non-imm B, 90-days. Without it, it should be 30-days and you should be sent to the regular immigration lines.

Another "benefit" of lack of pre-approval.
