I closed CSP card by sending a SM (not knowing that UR points would be forfeited.) Once I got the reply SM message telling me my card was closed and I forfeited my UR points, I called the number on the SM (same as number on back of card - (800) 493-3319). A very nice CSR immediately reinstated the forfeited UR points by transferring them to the UR balance associated with my Chase Ink Plus card. Is was quite easy. They were very accommodating.
