Can you be more specific in what your situation is and what you want to do? There may be ways to deal with your situation, but what you've posted is very vague, not explaining what you specifically want to accomplish, or why US should accommodate you (and break their program rules).
You may not be able to get help from US, but the forum may be able to better advise you with more specifics...
