If I have a specific craving few others come to mind - if you want a particular dish I can recommend.

Normally I avoid the mains and just have starters as they are really good e.g. lamb chops, tandoori chicken, fish masala, chilli paneer etc but they go have really good mains that are not too oily which is a key thing for me and all make really good fresh naan.

For really good Masala Dosa, Thali's, Bhajiya's etc there are number of specialist places that provide this around the same area - again I can suggest my fav's if you have a particular item you want to try.
That's great, thanks!

Most of my recent travels to India have been in and around Hyderabad, so I do get the odd craving for Andhra and Tamil food, although TBH I never really know what the dishes are that I'm eating - if in doubt, I just order a veg thali.

I would be intrigued to find a proper mutton dum biryani with mirchi ka salan - but some of the searingly hot coastal Andhra fish curries too. Or maybe some Udupi or Chettinad style stuff, even.

Dosa recommendations (esp Mysore style) are *always* welcome. Are there any that do them for breakfast? It always seems slightly wrong to eat them in the evening (not that it stops me...)
