How's this for slimy? DT Burlington has now (a few days ago) reversed one of the credits it made to my credit card back in November. Not that they contacted me in any way, of course.

[ETA: DT claims it was my bank, which is indeed possible, though it then means that neither the bank nor the DT bothered to notify me.]
