Customer service told me that they were upgrading the system and it should be fixed. I remember being told that same thing back in October. This is a huge issue for me. Customer service was basically no help.

Just checked my account history and, yep, screwy things going on. My tally of nights/stays for 2015 is correct, but a points redemption stay I made is nowhere to be found in the list of past stays. Strangely, though, the bonus points that I earned from incidental spending during said stay, which for this quarter's promo is for some reason always posting as a separate line item, shows right up.
What a mess.
