Lots of awesome suggestions in this thread. As recommended by some of you, I ended up booking first class on UA from LIH to LAX. Now I'm booking a flight from LAX to LIH.

Should I book from LAX to LIH or Honolulu? Where do most of the people fly to?

Also, any awesome travel guide for Hawaii to make the most of these 4 days?
