So many mixed reviews on customer service at this property that I've completely written it off, and I'm in Chicago at least 5-6 times a year. There are too many Hyatts in Chicago to gamble on a stay being worth it here.
Have you tried the Hyatt Mag Mile. My new favorite in Chicago. I live in Chicago but for trade shows thats my new go to hotel.
I would try the hotel once, but I will never walk back into that place. You can get Park Hyatt prices at the Peninsula if you want a true 5 star experience.
