Anyone else experiencing this? The points seem to be adding but nothing else. I have called twice, once in October and once today. They assure me that they can see the info. I like to see where I have stayed so if I like or dislike, I know. I also like the e-receipt. It actually helps to see current reservations!!!! There is no history. The only thing that shows where points are posting is the Citi credit card points.

Customer service told me that they were upgrading the system and it should be fixed. I remember being told that same thing back in October. This is a huge issue for me. Customer service was basically no help.
