Suggest wiki for more direct contact information
I hesitate in proposing this, but at the risk of being called out for 'doing AC's job for them' I am of the opinion that doing something to make things better is more productive than just sitting back and complaining.
So, what if we were to set up a wiki with the contact information for each division we feel we would like to give feedback, both positive and constructive criticism.
Before someone jumps in the with "Let us know page", I have never liked it. Its long, and sometimes I feel it does not lead to anything constructive.
Maybe people could also post when they send an email and the incident (example, I spoke to the lounge agent three times about the broken sink, but its still broken). Or gate agent with attitude.
So, for each sector: In flight service, onboard food and beverage, gate agents, check in, luggage, MLLs etc.
