I'd much rather take a slightly higher delay rate with swift and effective rebooking, than a lower delay rate and the headache of walk from agent to agent or calling UA from multiple phones to find someone willing to do the right thing.
Exactly. A 99% on-time rate still is delayed every 100 days. If you are on that flight, that day, have fun.
