Thank you BA5E. Indeed, we are still struggling to shed the last couple of pounds.

Mrs. SFO doesn't care about sitting beside me if we have split cabins. I'm now older and (usually) wiser... so she gets the F seat if we have to split up.

I don't think I could handle that many full-course meals in such a short time span - the marginal enjoyment of each would greatly diminish by the halfway point for me.
Yeah, have to agree that food consumption on this trip was a little excessive.

Seemed cool to me when I was down there in 2011 but wonder if the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace is similar or better. I agree with Andriyko on the adoption offer. I would like to submit my application for adoption too but my Mrs might frown. Maybe adopt both of us? Or a rotational adoption policy for anyone who responds on your TRs.
Thank you injian. No, we missed the changing of the guard. We had to get to our next meal.

Check out these appetizer carts...
Thanks very much Seat 2A for your kinds comments. Wow, thank you for posting those great throw back pics of the good old days.

LX can definitely learn a thing from CX, No Op-Up for Paxs in same PNR with Kids or Pets. Upgrade a passenger with a PNR of a In-Cabin Pet, and a Baby, I hope you will be writing in to complain about that one. Definitely deserve some M&M miles for that Complete Idiocy!

As to leaving the Honey and Kid in the back, I guess you guys haven't figured out the Asian mentality of travelling.
Clearly, Mrs. SFO is not Asian. LOL. I did complain about the gate and boarding nonsense and surprisingly received 15,000 "we're sorry" miles from Swiss.

Question, you referred to the Lufthansa DEN-FRA as your favorite flight, is that because of the service level or convenience factor? I am thinking about a potential trip to France later this year and just assumed taking Air France to Paris made the most sense (even though the trip would include other parts of the country). I have a high appreciation for your taste and travel style so I was curious as to your thoughts as I only have a few trips to Europe under my belt and they were all to London.
Thanks so much Miesque. We love the DEN-FRA LH flight because it is convenient and nonstop from Denver and Lufthansa is our favorite airline. We rarely fly Air France to France since it is virtually impossible for non-elites to redeem for AF First. That plus Europe is so small that most cities are a short connection from almost any gateway.

LOL. You certainly know your place in the family.

Thank you SAtraveller. I appreciate the kind comments. We're looking forward to visiting your beautiful country in March.

I think it's been said before but MrsSFO looks great in hats, not many can pull that look off with such finesse! It's lovely to see her in these reports, beautiful lady.
Thanks very much ellielovesem for your very kind comments. Mrs. SFO certainly loves here hats. At least she didn't carry it in a Walmart baggie like one trip.

I think it's called Schadenfreude.
As such, you didn't really deliver on this one
Thank you Betteronacamel. One of these days when you least expect it, we are going to fly BA.
Especially since DEN goes to a 4 class 744 in April, and I still have one remaining 2-4-1 that expires in September.
