I'm 50/50 business partners with someone but the credit card is under my name (my personal guarantee) he is a co-signer because his credit score wasn't high enough. Is my logic correct in thinking that since I'm taking the credit risk, that the points are mine to use?

P.S. Hope I'm posting on the right thread, looked around and thought this was the best fit for the nature of my question.
