Hi, I am flying United IAD (Dulles)- SFO- Osaka around the middle of March. The plane from IAD arrives at SFO at 1:37AM and my next flight to Osaka is 11:20AM, which means I have around 10 hours to spend. I'd like to explore the airport and also the city, so any suggestions guys, a bit of detail concerning the time would be really appreciated. I understand that I have to stay in the airport for the night until the sun rises though. I have some concerns like when is the first BART of the day available, how long does it take with the security and custom to get in and out of airport (im a foreign student in Japan holding a US B1/B2 visa), and can I check in my luggage before flight or is there any service to keep my luggage while Im out for the city?
