I haven't had a vacation in Canada in a few years, but I have never seen DCC. I'm not saying it doesn't exist, but I think like in the US it's a rarity.

I've got a few more charges from Hong Kong that I will scan in once they post. I'm now keeping a spreadsheet of the DCC offers to tabulate how much money I've saved.
