I am flying ORD-HKG and then a day later HKG-HND in CX F.

I have a 22 inch Tumi carryon, which with wheels is more like 23 inches tall, and likely is about 10 inches in depth. This would put it just slightly outside of the guidlines they have online

First time flying CX in F, are they strict with carryon dimensions in F?

It isnt a huge bag and fits in an overhead bin, but I really dont want to be stuck checking it.
