I can vouch for 16K as an excellent economy seat. In my view this is the best Y window seat on the entire aircraft. While it is a bulkhead, the legroom is excellent. I am 180cm tall (6ft) and with legs stretched fully my toes only just touched the wall. The seat also has three windows to look out of and are well positioned for views (ignore the seatguru misaligned window nonsense). It is also the forward most economy row so first off for immigration. Only downside is possibility of screaming babies nearby but I got lucky when I flew in this seat
