Same as the others, I have an older, smaller Gold tag on my rollaboard, because it has my skymiles number.

Now that I made Diamond, I found it silly they send you heavy metal plate tags without your name on them. What's the point? It would be really nice (and actually useful) if they actually personalized the tag. But getting the metal tag did make me feel special, and I put it on my large suitcase just for kicks.

And it sure does make me feel better than everyone else! Oh wait, everyone has the same tag, and I'm not even upgraded...I'll have to think that I'm better than everyone else for some other reason, instead. :: sigh ::

(FWIW, I have gotten special treatment about 1000 times because of medallion status, for which I am very grateful, but someone in a position to help you can know what medallion you are from your boarding pass too, it's not like you need that giant tag waving around.)
