Stayed in the hotel in December 2014 and had two rooms, and agree with the comments made above.

Quick summary:
-quick transfer from City airport (ca £9)
-friendly and helpful check in staff, also during the stay with questions as well
-exec' lounge was ok and staff really friendly on two of the three nights, however on the last night food was not replaced and wine/ beer brought out well after 2000 after having waited over an hour. Wine and beer selection standard (standard Hilton UK red and white wine offfering). Food standard and not too exciting, but the usual fayre on offer - cheese, two hot dishes and crackers. Good views from the lounge and a fair size, but I can see it getting busy quickly sometimes.
-breakfast was standard and in the middle end of the Hilton range. Exec floor guests and Diamonds (I was told) can have in the Lounge or downstairs (not sure about Golds, but I would definately assume the full offering in the breakfast room as no one was restricting guests in their choices).
-you can be picked up from the hotel if going on the sightseeing bus tour (tickets can be charged at face value to the room); was worth doing for a 2hr trip
-small business centre, and usual in-room Internet free for HHonors (I charged this to the room, and this was then without question taken off as they also have the 'free' Internet offfering for all guests, then a chargeable one too which I selected)
-HHonors welcome was the usual 2x bottles of water (replaced each day), a small bottle of (white) wine and fruit (received once only, as expected)
-Express check out offered
-Hotel really helpful in sending on copy invoices in a timely manner
-One room (out of two) was upgraded to Executive level after I asked nicely (initially only upgraded one level from standard to deluxe). Rooms are looking tired, and the bathrooms are the standard UK Hilton styles of the mid 2000s (ie not too modern), but passable. The suites ('studio' rooms) are more modern with floor to ceiling windows (have stayed in them before).

Location, as said above, is a little out of the centre, but only 10mins' stroll to main shopping areas. Titanic museum 20 - 25 mins' stroll away.

All in all a good stay, however not the most 'modern' of properties in Belfast.
