They're usually the same on domestic flights, unless its a 757 that has the sleeper seats in business elite. DL just calls it business class vs. first class because it might continue onto an international flight, where the premium cabin is always called business class. All delta aircraft are 2 class.
Also, there is no such aircraft as the 757-800, maybe you mean the 737?
