(1) Not sure why BA haven't figured out online preordering of meals... even AA can do that.

(2) I think the CSD should call out passenger names and OW status at the start of the flight...
"My Lords, Ladies, and Gentlemen... in 1A were have... in 1K we have..."
They can then ask people to call out their orders (by status)
