I flew them KOJ - KIX and KIX - FUK a few years ago and found them to be satisfactory. Pitch is very tight (I'm six feet tall) but was bearable for hour long flights. Seems like it should be okay for KIX - OKA - TPE flights.

I'd fly them again if their schedule worked out with mine.
