I think its a terrible shame for a "First Class" product they cannot load enough meals to satisfy every passengers choice and the solution is not pre-ordering unless it allows a more expansive menu because in F you should be able to order what you fancy. LH definitely load enough and LH's F&B costs much more than BA's I would have thought.
